Is CBD legal?
The new Farm Bill was signed in 2018 which allowed farmers to grow CBD / Industrial hemp. The FDA has approved CBD to be a safe ingredient in over 45 states. Several states have allowed CBD to be sold in food, topicals, vapes, and even doggy treats. However, CBD still remains federally illegal. There have been meetings about CBD within the government every month for the complete legalization of CBD for its natural healing properties.
Is CBD safe?

Will CBD get me high?
No. CBD is the non-psychoactive compound of the hemp/marijuana plant. All Rapid Essentials products are third party lab tested to ensure there is less than .3% thc in our concentrated oils. We then dilute the CBD down into our topicals, oils, vapes, doggy treats, etc.
